This invention relates to packing equipment, namely to devices for laying article pieces in container. Purpose of the invention û improvement of the device reliability and specific quantity of metal. Articles 2 are supplied to the roller conveyer 4, when the raw is completed with the ram 7 and the case pusher 6 are connected moving to the guide 8, and with the plate 10 moves the raw onto the accumulation table 9. At the reverse motion the plate 10 is raised by the spring, and at the end of reverse motion of the stop 14 is pressing on the ram of bell-crank 15, which with the second ram returns the plate 10 to the bottom operating position, where it is fixed. After accumulation of the layer, the catching element 19 catches it and transfers to container 3.
