PURPOSE:To isolate a propagation fault section and to shorter fault recovery time by agreeing the phase of a frame synchronizing signal in a time division multiplex signal received by a repeating installation with the phase of a frame synchronizing signal in a multiplex signal generated inside the repeating installation. CONSTITUTION:An extraction frame synchronizing signal 108 and an internal frame synchronizing signal 109 are respectively inputted in a phase comparison circuit 12 in order to compare the phases each other and the compared result is inputted in a switching circuit 15. Based on the decided result from a line quality decision circuit 10 and the phase compared result from the phase comparison circuit 12, the switching circuit 15 is switched in order that the time division multiplex signal 112 is selected if the line quality is good and the multiplex signal 111 is selected if the line quality is bad and outputs the transmission time division multiplex signal 113. Therefore, the phases of the frame synchronizing signals included in the transmission time division multiplex signals are not staggered and out of frame synchronism of a following repeating installation and a terminal equipment can be evaded. |
