PURPOSE:To restrict a bad influence caused by a formation of staying area as much as possible by a method wherein an air guiding plate having its lower part bent inwardly is spaced apart from a side surface and its upper part is projected out of an upper surface of a structure. CONSTITUTION:To a main transportation passage frame 1 are vertically fixed air guiding plates 12 outside respective positions where fixing elements 2 are arranged through supporting means 7 and 11. The air guiding plates 12 are composed of flat surface parts 12a and arcular parts 12b bent inwardly at the lower part of the air guiding plates. The upper parts are projected out of the upper part of the main transportation passage frame 1 and spaced apart from the side surfaces of the main transportation passage frame 1 by a distance selected in response to a flow speed of the down flow. With this arrangement, staying area 4 caused by turbulence flow formed just below the main transportation frame 1 is decreased. In this way, as the staying area caused by the turbulence flow formed just below the main transportation passage frame is decreased, staying of floating dust within the staying area is also reduced.
