PURPOSE:To stabilize combustion to cope with variations in load as well as to reduce the extent of NOx, by installing each metering valve in respective fuel and water feeders additionally installed in a combustor, and controlling these metering valves for opening or closing in a way of interlocking with a governor of a turbine. CONSTITUTION:A fuel supply device 6 for fuel supply is installed in a fuel injection device 5 being installed in a combustor 1 and spraying gas fuel to a combustion chamber 2, while there is provided with a water supply device 7 which sprays water into combustion gas inside the combustion chamber 2 and reduces the extent of NOx through a temperature drop in the combustion gas. At this time, each of fuel and water metering valves 11 and 16 is installed in respective fuel and water feeders 6 and 7. And, each of arms 20 and 21 adjusting each opening of these metering valves is solidly connected together by an interlocking link 22, while they are connected to an arm 23 of a governor 4. With this constitution, each opening of these metering valves 11 and 16 is determined by interlocking with the opening of the governor 4 attendant upon rotation of a turbine 3.
