PURPOSE:To execute quickly the work for counting the number of articles and also to raise its operability by deriving a total number of objects to be counted and the counting accuracy by a reference weight value obtained by sampling of the number of samples based on a counting accuracy reference. CONSTITUTION:Basing on a round number data of a total number and a counting accuracy reference data inputted by an operator's decision, the number of samples is determined, and sampling is executed. Subsequently, one object to be counted is placed on a placing plate 2, its weight value is displayed and also a measured value is stored in a memory area. Such a sampling is repeated, a mean value W0 and a deviation sigma are calculated from an obtained sampling data, and a reference weight value is derived. Next, the operator places all the objects to be counted on the placing plate 2, measures the total weight, and calculates the total number of the objects to be counted by its measured value W and mean value W0. Also, a counting accuracy index regarding the derived total number is calculated and displayed on an indicator 3. In this way, the counting work of the number of articles is executed quickly, and also the operability is improved. |
