PURPOSE:To safely supply hot water to plural hot-water supply objects having different hot-water supplying temperature ranges by controlling a switch valve and a temperature setting means in accordance with the setting of a hot-water supply cock setting part and a temperature setting part and forming a temperature safety valve on a hot-water supply cock having no necessity of hot water supply higher than a prescribed temperature out of plural hot-water supply cocks. CONSTITUTION:The titled device is provided with the temperature controlling means 23, plural hot-water supply cocks 28, 29 for supplying hot water having different controlled temperature ranges, a switching valve 27 for switching these hot-water supply cocks 28, 29, a hot-water supply cock setting part 38 for setting up a hot-water supply cock, a hot-water temperature setting part 38 for setting up hot-water temperature in the means 23, a controller 36 for controlling the switch valve 27 and the means 23 in accordance with the setting of the setting means, and a temperature safety valve 37 fitted to the hot-water supply cock having no necessity of hot water supply higher than a prescribed temperature. Since a hot-water supply cock to be used is selected by the setting part 38, the generation of a dange due to the supply of residual hot water to the other hot-water supply object or the start of hot-water supply to the other hot-water supply object at the time of hot water-supply can be prevented.
