PURPOSE:To prevent the erroneous action of a switching element by adding a noise countermeasure wave, which is discriminated from a noise waveform, to the head of an original control signal for controlling the actuation of the switching element and detecting the noise countermeasure wave to output the original control signal. CONSTITUTION:There are an original control signal generation circuit 1 which generates the original control signal S0 having a specified time width for controlling the actuation of the switching element, a noise countermeasure addition circuit 2 which adds the specified noise countermeasure wave alpha discriminated from the noise waveform NS to the head of the original control signal S0 generated in the circuit 1 and a noise and noise countermeasure wave removal circuit 4 which inputs the control signal S outputted from the circuit 2 through a signal line L, detects the noise countermeasure wave alpha from the signal S and removes the noise N.S and the noise countermeasure wave alpha so as to output only original control signal S0 to the switching element 3 and its drive circuit. Therefore, even if the noise NS is on the signal line L, it is not outputted to the switching element 3.
