PURPOSE:To shorten time required for retrieving labor by adding a property code relating to color, a shape, etc., to information registered and stored in a storing part. CONSTITUTION:At the tie of registering information, a property code relating to color, a shape, etc., is added to the information inputted from an interface part 1 by a property adding means 3 and the processed information is registered and stored in the storing part 2. At the time of retrieving the information, the information relating to the property inputted from the interface part 1 is converted into a property code by a property code converting means 4, the information in the storing part 2 is retrieved based on the property code and a retrieving key, the retrieved result is converted into the property code by the converting means 4, and the information including the property is applied to the interface part 1. Consequently, a 2nd retrieval and after can be easily executed.
