发明名称 COMPOSITE MATERIAL COMPOSED OF ALUMINUM AND TITANIUM AND ITS PRODUCTION
摘要 PURPOSE:To simplify an anodic oxidation treatment stage and to improve quality by forming anodized films only both the outside surfaces of a composite stock formed by integrating an Al sheet and Ti foil. CONSTITUTION:The Al sheet 1 for reinforcement and the Ti foil 2 are integrated by a hot or cold press-welding method which is a metallurgical method. The resulted composite stock is then subjected to an anodic oxidation treatment to form oxide films 3, 4 on both the front and rear faces. The treating liquid to be used at this time is of a known compsn. in the case of executing the anodic oxidation treatment. A voltage acts to the film formation of Ti and the thickness of the film 3 is determined by the effect of the voltage. Various interference colors are eventually obtd. current acts mainly to the formation of the Al film 4. Both the front and rear faces of the composite stock are thereby simultaneously anodized. The damages on the surfaces generated when the surfaces are pressurized by a press or rolls at the time of the integration are annihilated by the anodic oxidation by which the quality is improved. The integration of the Al sheet 1 and the Ti foil 2 by an adhesive agent is equally satisfactory.
