PURPOSE:To improve the characteristic as an oscillation circuit by making two capacitors of resonance circuit variable capacity diodes and connecting a capacitor in parallel with one of the variable capacity diodes. CONSTITUTION:The second variable capacity diodes VC1 and VC2 and the capacitor are provided in the resonance circuit 1. The ratio of the capacity of the resonance circuit 1 becomes VC2/(VC1//C1) and since the capacities VC1 and VC2 alter in a same direction by means of a control voltage Vt, the ratio of the capacities does not alter very much even in the case of altering the control voltage Vt, so that the intensity of oscillation does not alter very much even in the case of altering an oscillation frequency. Then the alteration of the intensity of oscillation becomes small. Even if input capacity Cs exists, it apparently becomes small because the diode VC2 is connected to the capacity Cs in series, so that the range of the variation of oscillation frequency can be broadened.
