PURPOSE:To facilitate a transmission cancel operation, by providing a transmission command control part which sends a transmission command and also stops a transmission operation at the time of inputting the transmission cancel operation or a transmission completion command, and an image monitor command control part which effectuates an image monitor command at least by the transmission cancel operation. CONSTITUTION:When a transmission cancel button 23 is depressed, an inverter 24 changes from an (L) to an (H), and resets a D flip-flop 22 by reseting the reset terminal R of it, then, the transmission command 1a is nullified. In such way, the operations of a frame memory part 4, an encoding part 5 and a transmission control part 7 stop. And by setting the output terminal Q of the D flip-flop 22 at the (H), the output of a negative logic OR gate 31 goes to the (H), and the resetting state of a D flip-flop 32 is released. Furthermore, when the transmission cancel button 23 is continused to be depressed, since the output (H) of the inverter 24 is impressed on the set terminal S of the flip-flop 32, the output terminal Q of the 32 goes to the (H), then, the image monitor command 1b is effectuated. Therefore, it is possible to omit an image monitor button operation. |
