PURPOSE:To suppress a third harmonic spurious radiation without any addition of parts by forming an opening penetrating the circumferential wall of a dielectric block at a specific position of the block. CONSTITUTION:A through hole 15 is formed to the dielectric block 11 as the opening penetrating through the circumferential wall 11a of the block 11 at a position corresponding to one third of the total length from an open end face 11a. No electrode is formed in the inner face of the through hole 15 and the raw material of the block 11 is exposed. The input/output terminal 18 is coupled to a center conductor 12 at the position or the opening via a capacitor 19. Thus, the terminal 18 is subjected to capacitive coupling at a position where the potential of the third harmonic spurious radiation caused in the resonator 10 is made zero.
