PURPOSE:To suppress the temperature in an incinerator at the time of incineration by spontaneous combustion, by controlling the temperature in the incinerator by controlling the rate of feeding of incinerated ashes to be fed to a primary cake by the command from a controlling box which receives a signal of feeding rate of a primary cake and a temperature signal of combustion gas in the incinerator. CONSTITUTION:An incinerated ashes 2 is added to a primary cake 1, which is dehydrated by squeezing under high pressure by a secondary dehydrator 4, via a pre-treating unit 3 for mixing and making granulate. The dehydrated secondary cake 5 is thrown into an incinerator 6 of after stage, and is disposed by incineration. The incinerated ashes are collected by an exhaust gas disposer 7, and is stored in an ash banker 8. The incinerated ashes are conveyed to the pre-treating unit 2 in the process of secondary dehydration from the ash banker 8. The additive rate of it is controlled by automatically controlling the number of revolution of the motor of an ash feeder 10 by a signal from a temperature controller of incinerator gas 9. In such a manner the temperature in the incinerator can be automatically suppressed, and stabilized incinerating operation by spontaneous combustion can be taken place.
