PURPOSE:To reduce the cost of equipment, by forming an unloader, bulk cargo in-carrying part and a bulk cargo storage distributing part integrally in one unit being able to move on rails provided being laid on a quay so that the necessity for providing a horizontal conveyer in the quay over its total length is eliminated. CONSTITUTION:A bulk cargo relay device 12, which integrally forms an unloader 13, bulk cargo in-carrying part 59 and a bulk cargo storage distributing part 60 in one unit, is movably provided on rails 10, 11 provided being laid on a quay. The bulk cargo relay device 12 is moved to a position of a desired hold G, being clamped to the rails 10, 11. Subsequently, a bulk cargo is unloaded from the hold G by the unloader 13, horizontally fed to be transferred by a horizontal conveyer of the bulk cargo in-carrying part 59, lifted by a lifter and thrown into the bulk cargo storage distributing part 60. The bulk cargo is distributed as necessary from the bulk cargo storage distributing part 60 to a truck or the like. In this way, the cost is saved by eliminating the necessity for providing the horizontal conveyer in the full length of the quay, and the quay can be utilized simultaneously for the other service.
