PURPOSE:To enable an image sent from an opposite side equipment to be utilized at any time, by providing a transmission means which transmits a controlled data on its own equipment, and an interruption means which transmits a data prepared in advance based on a sent controlled data in stead of the data of the image. CONSTITUTION:When it is required that the image sent from the opposite side equipment is displayed on a monitor, a multiplexing transmission part 7b multiplexes the data of the image sent from an image encoder 2, the data of voice sent form a voice encoder 4, and the controlled data sent from a transmission control part 8 on an opposite side. When the multiplexing transmission part 7b transmits the controlled data on the part of three bits of which instruction showing no necessity is added to the opposite side equipment, it is separated at a multiplexing reception part 11b on the opposite side equipment, and a controlled data reception part 18 informs the fact to a control output device 19. The multiplexing transmission part 7b on the opposite side equipment multiplexes a various kinds of data inputted to a data input apparatus 5b instead of the data of the image based on a transmission control part 10, and transmits them to its own equipment.
