发明名称 ALIGNMENT DEVICE FOR CONTINUOUS EXPOSURE
摘要 PURPOSE:To perform continuous exposure by aligning a hoop material by passing locating pins through locating holes at two positions of one array of one side, and aligning an upper and a lower frame by a movable pin and a tapered hole. CONSTITUTION:The upper frame 2 has two movable tapered pin 6 and is positioned and fixed by being abutted on the upper frame positioning pin 4 of an upper printing frame 1 which moves up and down. Three locating pins 5 for hoop materials each are arranged on the upper printing frame 1 on the right and left sides of the upper frame 2, and the position relation between the upper frame 2 and locating pins 5 for the hoop material is invariably a constant value. When the upper printing frame 1 where the upper frame 2 is positioned and fixed is lowered, the locating pins 5 for the hoop material are enters the locating holes of the hoop material 7 to align an upper mask 3 and the hoop material 7. Then, when the upper printing frame 1 reaches the lowermost lowering point, exposure is carried out by using parallel light from above and below and the upper printing frame 1 is elevated to convey the hoop material 7 by the exposure area; and said operation is repeated to perform continuous exposure.
