<p>PURPOSE:To accurately set the back clearance of both fixed and movable vanes, smoothly operate said movable vane, and improve a turbine efficiency by supporting both of said fixed and movable vanes for forming the variable throttle of exhaust, on a base plate. CONSTITUTION:Plural fixed vanes 43 are provided on a vane holding member (base plate) 36 coaxially with a turbine wheel 41 at an equal interval in a rotating direction. And, each of movable vanes 45 is provided in between each of the fixed vanes 43, thereby, forming a variable throttle 46 in a scroll passage 39. In this case, the movable vanes 45 are supported by pins (driving shafts) 47 which rotatably passes through holes formed on the disk part of the vane holding member 36, and can change the passage area of the variable throttle 46 accompanying the rotation of the pins 47. Thereby, the back clearance of the fixed and movable vanes 43, 45 can be accurately set, without hindering the smooth operation of the movable vanes 45, improving a turbine efficiency.</p> |
