PURPOSE:To develop an Al-resin composite sheet having excellent adhesiveness of a resin film and deep drawability by roughening the surface of a thin cold rolled sheet consisting of Al or Al alloy, forming a chemical conversion film consisting of Cr, Zr or Ti thereon and subjecting the film to a heating and temper treatment, then forming the synthetic resin film thereon. CONSTITUTION:The surface of the cold rolled Al or Al alloy sheet having 0.1-0.5mm thickness is roughened by a treatment such as sandblasting to the rough surface having 0.4-1.0mum center line average height (Ra) and at least >=100 pieces/2.5mm number of the peaks intersecting with lines below 1mum from the center lines of the roughness curves. The chemical conversion film consisting of phosphoric acid, chromic acid, etc., Zr chemical conversion film or Ti chemical conversion film is formed on the roughened surface at 2-20mg/m<2> in terms of Cr, Zr and Ti. The film is then subjected to the heating and temper treatment for 3-20hr time at 150-360 deg.C atmosphere temp. and thereafter, the film of the synthetic resin such as PVC or polyolefin is formed thereon by a baking painting method or dry lamination method. |
