PURPOSE:To promote the reduction of weight and space, by vertically providing a lift bed strut in a bottom part frame and fixing a bottom plate of a control device onto the bottom part frame while a back plate of the control device to the strut, in the case of an in-out handling device which is able to run along a rack front surface of a warehouse. CONSTITUTION:A strut 9 is vertically provided in a bottom part frame 8, and a lift bed, not shown, is vertically movably mounted. And an in-out handling device fixes a bottom plate 18A of a control device 17 onto the bottom part frame 8 in the outside of the strut 9 while a back plate 18C to the strut 9. By this constitution, the main unit of the control device, serving for one part of the mechanical strength frame, enables a corner part, formed by the bottom part frame and the strut, to be reinforced. While the lightness of weight and the reduction of space can be promoted by enabling the bottom part frame to be shortened in length.
