PURPOSE:To attain transfer only by the designation of terminal types by registering the number of a transfer destination terminal from a telephone terminal at every terminal type of a non-telephone terminal, inputting a transfer instruction designating the terminal type and executing transfer and connection in accordance with the registered terminal number after the termination. CONSTITUTION:A register registeration circuit 8 and a dial 5 previously register the terminal number of the transfer destination in a register 6. If a user depresses the function key 9 of a transfer indication designating the type of the non-telephone terminal when the telephone terminal receiving the termination from other terminal executes automatic transfer to the non-telephone terminal, a transfer procedure emulator 7 is started. The transfer procedure emulator 7 transmits a dial '1' to a dial circuit 4, and waits for the detection of a dial sending sound from a transfer circuit 1. If the dial sending sound is detected, the number of the non-telephone terminal of the designated terminal type is read from the register 6, and the number of the non-telephone terminal is trans mitted to the dial 4. Thus, the operation of dialling the number of the transfer destination terminal can be abbreviated, whereby the operation of the user is simplified.
