<p>PURPOSE:To set the start time of a motor as prescribed, and to obtain an exact use schedule by varying a time constant of speed system digital compensating filter in accordance with a tape speed, until a tape reaches a constant speed after its start. CONSTITUTION:From a tape speed counter 23, a tape speed calculation 32 is executed, and at the time of <=25% of a prescribed speed, file machine error currents 37, 38 are set to the maximum, and a current for outputting the maxi mum acceleration is supplied to a motor. Also, a time constant correction value alpha35 is set to a value being suitable for a driving system. While a tape speed is 25%-80%, a current corresponding to a reel radius calculation 36 is supplied, and when the speed exceeds 80%, the currents 37, 38 are minimized, and also, the correction value alpha of digital compensating filters 39, 40 is minimized. This correction value alpha is changed in a process for calculating a speed of every prescribed interval. In such a way, the time required for reaching a prescribed speed from a start of the tape becomes constant, and an exact use schedule can be obtained.</p> |
