PURPOSE:To permit an elastic member to absorb vibration transmitted to a tread portion or the like from a road surface and to improve a shock-absorbing property, by connecting a disc portion mounted on a hub to the tread portion and a side wall portion. CONSTITUTION:When a plate-shaped tire 12 is to be mounted, a hub bolt 32 is inserted into a mounting hole 24 and a disc portion 20 is positioned at a hub 30 and then a hub nut 28 is threaded over the hub bolt 32 to fix the disc portion 20 to the hub 30. When an automobile travels, vibration from a road surface is absorbed by the elasticity of a tread rubber 18. Vibration from the road surface, which has not absorbed by the tread rubber 18 and transmitted to a tread portion 14 and a side wall portion 16, is absorbed by the elastic deformation of the side wall portion. In the case, vibration which has not absorbed by the side wall portion 16 is absorbed by a shock-absorbing rubber 26 interposed between the disk portion 20 and the side wall portion 16.
