PURPOSE:To obtain a thermoplastic elastomer composition having improved flexibility and compression set, by blending a specific amount of a rubber component containing a specific amount or more of crosslinked rubber in a polyester elastomer component. CONSTITUTION:A composition obtained by dispersing and blending (A) 25-95wt.% block copolymer having high-melting polymer segments consisting essentially of aromatic polyester units and low-melting polymer segments consisting essentially of aliphatic polyether and/or aliphatic polyester units with (B) 5-75wt.% rubber with >=20wt.% gel content, preferably prepared by copolymerizing a crosslinking monomer, e.g. divinylbenzene, diallyl phthalate, etc., in producing acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber, acrylic rubber, etc., and prefer ably further copolymerizing 0.01-15wt.% monomer having functional group, e.g. carboxyl group, epoxy group, etc.
