<p>The metal stitch/warp rod is fitted with a sleeve of a semi-rigid material to slide down over the stretch yarn as it is passed through the lower eyelet to hold it in place by a fraction grip. The lower carrier plate, holding the other end of the stretch yarn, in conjunction with the holding sleeve design allows the construction of a denser fabric when using a Jacquard loom.</p> |
