<p>PURPOSE:To shorten the time of drawing by checking whether areas into which a display request area is roughly divided overlap an objective window or not and performing the display processing based on the check result. CONSTITUTION:This display control system is provided with a display request area dividing means 1, a display part area checking means 2, and a display element checking means 3. With respect to a window and the display request area, this display request area C is divided into display part area l1-l3 and it is checked whether each of these areas l1-l3 overlaps divided windows W1-W3 or not. Checking of overlap between areas and independent divided windows W1-W3 is omitted in this check to reduce the number of times of check. Check of overlapping states is more effective according as the effective area is more complicated because of much overlap between the window and the area and the number of divided windows W1-W3 obtained by dividing the effective area into rectangular areas is increased.</p> |
