<p>PURPOSE:To enable to always observe fusing and gene-introducing states by an inverted microscope, by using a transparent separator as a separator for maintaining electrode sheets parallel to each other and in a state kept in a constant interval. CONSTITUTION:Plural electrode sheets 10-1, 10-2,- are electrically connected at the upper part of the electrode of every other piece and bundled and terminals 16 and 17 are provided in each bundle. A transparent insulating separator 18 is provided between the electrodes in the position higher in prescribed height from the lower end of these plural electrode sheets and all the electrode sheets are bundled so that the electrodes are parallel to each other and in a state kept at a constant interval. The width of each electrode sheet and separator 18 is decided so that the outline of planar figure of aggregate of the electrode sheets is circular. As the results, fusion state and gene-introducing state can always be observed by an inverted microscope and circular vessel readily available can be used, since the outline of planar figure is made circular.</p> |
