<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate the connection of the suspension part after an engine and a suspension member are attached to a body, by previously attaching the upper end of a front axle and by attaching the suspension member and a lower arm to the lower section of the engine. CONSTITUTION:The upper end of a font axle 5 is fitted in an attaching hole 9 in a body 6 by means of an upper support 8 and a bolt 10 on a main line before installation of an engine. On an engine line, a suspension arm member 3 is set on the lifter 1 while the engine 2 is set on the upper section of a lower arm 4. After the introduction of the body 6, the lifter 1 is elevated so that the front suspension member 3 and the body 6 is coupled by means of a bolt 7 so as to attach the engine 2. Next, the lower end 5a of the front axle 5 is coupled to the lower arm 4. Working is limited to the area in the lower section of the body alone, and therefore, the assembly of the suspension may be efficiently and simply made.</p> |
