PURPOSE:To continuously scatter a liquid medium to be gasified on the adjacent heat exchanger tubes and fin sections and to enhance heat transfer efficiency by forming spiral fins on the peripheries of the heat exchanger tubes positioned in the parts lower than a liquid distribution plate. CONSTITUTION:Plural heat exchanger tubes 24 whose end parts are supported to upper and lower tube plates 22, 23 are vertically arranged to the inside of the outer cylinder 21 of a condensation evaporation 20. The heat exchanger tubes 24 are passed through the flowage ports 26 of a liquid distribution plate 25 and communicated with the space 27 of the upper part of the plate 22 and spiral fins 28 are provided on the peripheries of the heat exchanger tubes 24 positioned in the sides lower than the liquid distribution plate 25 and the lower parts thereof are communicated with the space 29 of the lower part of the tube plate 23. Since a liquid medium to be gasified always flows down as droplets on the spiral fins 28 or on the peripheral surfaces of the heat exchanger tubes 24 and is heat-exchanger, film coefficient of heat-transfer is remarkably enhanced and therefore power unit cost can be reduced by lowering the pressure of fluid condensed in the tube.
