PURPOSE:To obtain an ameliorant for circulation, containing a stable prostacyclin analog as an active ingredient, having high selectivity for blood platelet agglutination inhibitory action and useful for preventing and treating various diseases in circulatory organs. CONSTITUTION:An ameliorant for circulation containing a compound expressed by the formula [R<1> is -CO2R<5> (R<5> is H, 1-12C alkyl, etc.) or -CONR<6>R<7> (R<6> and R<7> are H, 1-10C alkyl, etc.); A is -CH2CH2CH2-, etc.; B is trans-CH=CH-, etc.; R<2> is 3-10C alkyl, etc.; R<3> is H, methyl or vinyl; R<4> is H, 1-7C acyl, etc.] as an active ingredient. Since the compound expressed by the formula has advantages in exhibiting weak hypotensive action, moderate blood stream increasing action on various internal organs, etc., this ameliorant is effective in treating and preventing ischemic cardiopathy, such as cardiac infraction, and angina pectoris, circulatory disorder, such as cerebral thrombosis, cerebral infraction and peripheral circulatory disorder.
