PURPOSE:To easily spread a curtain by dropping a connecting tool and a block into a guide rail. CONSTITUTION:A flexible curtain 1 is immersed in water horizontally and attached with a strut 4 in water. In this case, a rope 2 is attached to the outside edge of the curtain 1 and guide rails 5 are fixed to the strut 4 and connected with a connecting tool 6. A block 7 is positioned between the tools 6. The spreading operation of the curtain 1 can thus be made easier.
