PURPOSE:To enable the lowest road clearance to be assured in a high level by foldingly forming a front axle at a part where a working device drive shaft passes in front and in rear in a firmly-set mouth shaped state in a power take- off device in which a working device drive shaft is arranged under a front PTO shaft. CONSTITUTION:A front PTO shaft is arranged to a projected part in the front of an engine crank shaft of a working device via an elastic coupling, and the rotation of the PTO shaft is transmitted to a working device drive shaft 2 arranged under the PTO shaft via a V belt 10 and a pulley 14 etc. A mid working device shaft 2a driving a rotary mower device etc. in the working device drive shaft 2 is supported freely rotatively via a bearing in a bearing case 17, and the bearing case 17 is bolt fixed to a front axle 1 via supporting members 4a and 4b. In such the device, the front axle 1 is foldingly formed in a firmly-set mouth shaped state, and the working device drive shaft 2 is made to pass into a recessed part thereby formed.
