PURPOSE:To prepare a plastic tank having excellent quality, by using particles and a synthetic resin film at least one of which has electrical conductivity and adhering the film on the inner surface of a plastic tank by means of electromagnetic induction heating. CONSTITUTION:A sheetlike synthetic resin film is preformed into a top-opened dish shape. This film is inserted in a mold plastic tank 1 and spread on the inner wall of the lower half of the tank. Small balls 5 is packed in the tank from an aperture 3. The mat. of the small balls is in such an amt. that the circumferencial upper edge of the film is pressed with the balls. The tank is put on an induction heating device 6 and the film is adhered on the inner wall surface of the tank by a number of balls heated by means of electromagnetic induction of a high frequency generator 7. In the case when the film is adhered on the inner wall surface of the upper half of the tank 1, small balls whose vol. is one half of the vol. of the tank is packed in the tank and the premolded film is inserted in the tank in such a manner that the film is placed in a bottom-opened manner and the tank is closed. The tank is thereafter turned upside down and electromagnetic induction heating is carried out. After the film is adhered, the part of the film 4 at the aperture 3 is broken and the balls are taken out.
