PURPOSE:To laminate easily a synthetic resin sheet on the outer side of a synthetic resin foam, by forming a plurality of holes in the synthetic resin foam and sucking the heated synthetic resin sheet through the holds onto the outer side of the synthetic resin foam. CONSTITUTION:A synthetic resin foam 1 is molded by placing polypropylene beads for foam molding, polystyrene beads for foam molding and so on in a mold and blowing heated steam in the mold. Holes 2 of about 0.5-2/100cm<2> whose diameter is about 0.5-1.0mm are prepared in the synthetic resin foam 1. Then, the synthetic resin foam 1 wherein the holes are being formed is placed on a block 4 having a suction mechanism 3 and a synthetic resin sheet 5 is laminated on the outer side of the synthetic resin foam 1 by sucking the heated synthetic resin sheet 5 onto the outer side of the synthetic resin foam 1 through the holes 2 to prepare a lid 6 for a heat insulating tray. As the synthetic resin sheet 5, a polypropylene sheet, a polystyrene sheet and so on can be cited. The heating temp. for the synthetic resin sheet 5 is preferably 150-200 deg.C. |
