PURPOSE:To obtain the titled lining material having uniform properties, improved durability and excellent economy and useful for the corrosion protection of a flue, etc., by compounding a thermosetting resin with inorganic flakes having a specific aspect ratio. CONSTITUTION:The objective lining material can be produced by compounding (A) a thermosetting resin (e.g. vinyl ester resin) with (B) 20-40wt.% inorganic flakes having an aspect ratio of 800-1,400 (e.g. glass flakes).
