PURPOSE:To obtain a low cast thermal head, by partially increasing the thickness of the glaze layer on the side of the image signal feeding part constituting the thermal head. CONSTITUTION:By setting the thick glaze layer 15 of the region of an image signal feeding part B to 50-80mum, the projection on the surface of the glaze layer can be eliminated. By this method, yield is enhanced as a whole and a low cost thermal head can be provided. Further, solderability is also enhanced. |
