PURPOSE:To obtain a cosmetic safe to human body, by immobilizing an enzyme capable of decomposing saccharides, proteins and lipids causing the stain of skin, i.e. amylase, protease and lipase on a water-insoluble carrier and compounding the immobilized enzyme. CONSTITUTION:At least one kind of enzyme selected from amylase decomposing saccharides and glycogen (e.g. alpha-amylase), protease decomposing proteins (e.g. pepsin, papain, etc.) and lipase decomposing lipids (e.g. triacetin) is immobilized on an insoluble carrier such as inorganic carrier (e.g. titanium oxide, kaolinite, China clay, etc.) or an organic carrier (e.g. ion exchange resin, polyamino acid, cellulose, etc.) using a binder such as cyanogen bromide, glutaraldehyde, etc., and the immobilized enzyme is compounded to a cosmetic. Same effect can be attained by using microcapsules including the enzyme instead of immobilized enzyme. |
