PURPOSE:To always make the inside of a frame into a stable dry condition regardless of the humidity of an outside air by preventing the flow-in of the outside air into the frame by supplying and controlling a dry gas into the internal part of the frame. CONSTITUTION:A moisture-proof device 7 is equipped with a small dry gas cylinder 10, an ON/OFF valve 1, a differential pressure gage 12 and a controller 13, and the differential pressure gage 12 supervises the difference between the pressure and the outside air pressure in the internal part of a frame 2 always and sends the value to the controller 13. The controller 13 is set so that the internal pressure is made a little higher than the outside air pressure beforehand and adjusted by the ON/OFF valve 11. Since the inside of the frame 2 can be always filled with the dry gas and the control is executed so as to keep the internal pressure a little higher than the outside air pressure regardless of the change of the outside air pressure and the leakage of the gas, the flowing of the much moisture outside air into the frame 2 can be prevented.
