PURPOSE:To prevent a coil winding from exposing to an external part and to improve the handling characteristic by relaying a coil winding pulled out from the coil of a moving part to a flexible printing circuit and connecting a conductor for feeding to a part adjoining to the outside of the fixing part. CONSTITUTION:A flexible printing circuit 12a is stuck to an inside plane part 18 formed at a fixed supporting body 20 (fixing part) and a protruding part 14 is exposed to the external part from the hole formed at the side surface of the fixed supporting body 20. One edge of the coil winding derived from a tracking coil 4 is connected to a connecting part 16a' of a conductor part 16a, other edge is connected to a connecting part 17a' of a conductor part 17a respectively, and feeding is received from connecting parts 16a'' and 17a'' connected with the external wiring. Thus, the coil winding pulled out from the coil is arranged in a fixing part and not protruded to the external part, and therefore, the danger that the thing is hung at the coil winding and disconnection occurs is eliminated.
