摘要 |
<p>PURPOSE:To decrease the memory capacity remarkably in comparison with a conventional circuit by providing a storage means being the series connection of a line memory and a field memory and applying arithmetic operation to the input/output to obtain a movement discrimination output. CONSTITUTION:A digital video signal applied to an input terminal 30 is applied to a field memory 32 having a storage capacity for one vertical period via a line memory 31 having a storage capacity for one horizontal scanning period. The input signal and the output of the field memory 32 are given to a subtractor 33 and the output of the line memory 31 and the output of the field memory 32 are fed to a subtractor 35, from which a difference signal is obtained respectively. The difference signals are subject to absolute value operation by absolute value circuits 34, 36 and the difference operation is applied by a subtractor 37. The output of the subtractor 37 represents the moving state of the present filed signal with respect to the preceding field and the output is inputted to a coefficient generation circuit 39 via the absolute value circuit 38, and outputted as a movement detection signal after noise processing.</p> |
