PURPOSE:To enable to obtain the same effectiveness as the installing of another additional apparatus only with the addition of a simple radiator as a result of the adequate utilizing of a cooling fan which is used for a pump. CONSTITUTION:At the operation of a motor 20, a pump 17 is driven, a hot-water is flowed through a floor surface radiator 16, simultaneously flowed through a radiator 5. The open air is sucked from an intake port 24 of a main body 21, supplied to the motor 20 with a cooling fan 21. Thereupon, the motor 20 is cooled due to the low temperature of the open air. When a control valve 26 is moved to (c) position, an exhaust port 27 is closed and a flow passage 28 is opened, then the open air after cooling of the motor is introduced into the flow passage 28, exhausted to outdoor after warmed with a heat exchanger 5. Thus, the space heating is simultaneously performed due to both forced convection and floor surface heating, accordingly, the shortage of capability of the floor surface heating can be compensated. Subsequently, when the control valve 26 is moved to (d) position, the flow passage 28 is closed, the forced convection heating with the heat exchanger 5 is stopped, simultaneously, the air after cooling of the motor 20 is exhausted directly through the exhaust port 27. The optimum value due to both of the sufficient heating capability of the forced convection heating and the comfortableness of the floor heating can be obtained by the adjustment of the control valve 26 according to the heating space temperature. |
