发明名称 MEASURING INSTRUMENT FOR POSITION AND ATTITUDE OF CYLINDRICAL BODY
摘要 PURPOSE:To eliminate the influence of disturbance noise by irradiating a cylindrical body with plate-shaped light and generating plural light cutting lines which extend axially and at right angles to the axial direction, and finding the position and attitude of the cylindrical body. CONSTITUTION:When light sources 4-7 of a projection device irradiate the cylindrical body 9 with plate-shaped light, the plural light cutting liens 12 and 13 which extend in the axial direction and at right angles to the axial direction are formed on the body surface. Those light cutting lines 12 and 13 are picked up by an image pickup device 3 to generate their light beam images and an arithmetic controller calculates the position and attitude of the cylindrical body 9 from the light beam images. Thus, the body surface is irradiated with the plate-shape light, so the influence of disturbance noise such as secondary reflected light is hardly exerted.
