PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of a blowhole on a forged product by making the passage of a melting body between an injection sleeve insertion hole and the cavity of a die in a smaller diameter at the cavity side and providing a pin having slightly smaller diameter than this small diameter part freely insertably. CONSTITUTION:The runner where a molten metal passes with the advance of a plunger chip 48 is provided between the inner holes 33a, 47a of injection sleeves 33, 37 and a die cavity 8, and the part close to the die cavity is formed in a smaller diameter. The pin 63 slightly smaller diameter than a freely inserting small diameter part by the work of a cylinder 61 is provided at this small diameter part. The plunger chip 48 is advanced with this composition and the molten metal is filled up by injecting it inside the cavity 8 via the runner. The pin 63 is descended by advancing the piston rod 62 of the cylinder 61 with an oil pressure and when the molten metal inside a gate 49a is plunged, the molten metal is spread over up to the corners of the cavity 8 by the feeding effect of the pin 63. The generation of blow holes on a forged product is thus prevented.
