A stove (1) for liquid and gaseous fuels, comprising at least two plates (3, 4) or similar heat transfer sources capable of being heated by the heat from a heater (5). The invention reduces, amongst other things, the requirements for sealing at shaft passages, etc., and permits the simple regulation of the transfer of heat from the heater to the desired plate. The plates (3, 4) in question, etc., are connected to one another via a number of passageways (8, 12), and a fan (11) or some other air suction arrangement is capable of being so connected that, on being regulated by means of a valve (16), it will select the desired plate (3, 4) for connection to the fan (11), etc. |
