PURPOSE:To obtain a smooth dial plane which has no citron skin by spraying a paint which is diluted with a solvent with a high boiling point as a diluent. CONSTITUTION:A raw hoop material is pressed, and pilot hole punching 1 and short-sized cutting 2 are performed. Support legs are fitted 3 to a short-sized material, whose top surface is uniformed 4 and coated 5. This coating 5 is undercoating and the paint obtained by adding a solvent such as toluene and xylene and adding several percent of the solvent with the high boiling point is used. Then finish coating 6 is carried out by a similar method by using transparent paint. Consequently, center hole boring 7, window punching 8, and outer shape machining 9 are carried out for the top surface of the obtained painted short-sized material, and printing 10 and tie-bar cutting 11 are carried out.
