PURPOSE:To shorten the working time and to improve the productivity by pouring in order molten metal dipping up by a ladle through a trough into a mold moving one by one toward the fixed direction. CONSTITUTION:After dipping the ladle 7 into the molten metal 9 in a melting furnace 1 by moving a shaft 5 downward D, the ladle 7 is drawn up from the melting furnace 1 by moving the shaft 5 upward U, to dip up the fixed quantity of molten metal 9 in the ladle 7. Next, the ladle 7 is tilted toward the arrow mark I direction to pour the molten metal 9 in the ladle 7 into the end part 8a of upstream side of the trough 8. Then, the mold 2a is already waited near the end part 8b of downstream side of the trough 8 and the molten metal 9 is poured into a sprue 2a' in the mold 2a through the trough 8. At the time of completing the pouring the molten metal, an automatic pouring machine 4 again repeats the above movement, and each mold 2a, 2b, 2c... is moved toward the arrow mark R direction by rotating a turntable 3, and the next mold 2b is waited at the downstream of the trough 8.
