PURPOSE:To improve the volume efficiency by merging multiple discharge passages of a rotary piston type compressor and fitting a rotatable impeller to this discharge passage. CONSTITUTION:Intake ports 5 and discharge ports 3a, 3b are provided on a rotor housing 1 in the radial direction of a rotor 2. Discharge passages 4a, 4b connected to the discharge ports 3a, 3b are merged, and an impeller 9 arranged with a rotary shaft 8 in the passage direction of a discharge passage 4 is fitted to a straight pipe section 6. The impeller 9 is rotated by a discharged fluid and serves as a check valve, and the discharge efficiency of a compressor can be improved further.
