PURPOSE:To easily change a web inside width and to hold a web thickness uniform by pressing webs in the thickness direction by a cantilever horizontal roll installed on a roll chock and widening the web inside width by a cantilever vertical roll. CONSTITUTION:Cantilever horizontal rolls 4 supported by horizontal roll support parts 2 installed on a roll chock 1 press webs of an H shape steel in the thickness direction. Cantilever vertical rolls 5 supported by vertical roll supporting parts 3 installed on the rear face of the horizontal roll supporting parts 2 of the roll chock 1 are closely positioned each other and abut on flange inside faces to widen a web inside width. By that basic constitution, the web inside width of a shape steel having flanges is easily changed. Further, shape steels with uniform web thickness and good dimensional accuracy are obtained.
