PURPOSE:To miniaturize a yoke, by composing the magnetic pass of a magnetic circuit on a surface crossed in the driving direction of a coil. CONSTITUTION:On the two internal surface sides confronted with each other on a U-shaped yoke 3, permanent magnets 1 are arranged. Magnetic flux generated by the permanent magnets 1 is crossed on the surfaces X, Z of A coil 6, and through a void section 5 and a magnetic shield member 7; furthermore, the flux is infiltrated into an outer yoke 2 and is returned to the permanent magnets 1. When current is supplied to the coil 6, then a driving force is generated in the direction crossed on the surfaces Y, Z including the closed magnetic circuit of a magnetic circuit, namely, in the direction of an axis X.
