PURPOSE:To improve productivity by bettering a large number of molding, to enhance moldability by amending heat conduction to a laminated board and to reduce heat energy by holding a base material impregnated with a resin in the quantity of board thickness of 1mm or less by metallic foil having specific thermal conductivity, tensile strength and surface roughness and heating and pressing the base material. CONSTITUTION:Metallic foil used satisfies the characteristics of thickness of 30-500mum, thermal conductivity of 10kcal/mh deg.C or more, tensile strength of 10kg/mm<2> or more and maximum surface roughness of 10mum or less. A metal such as aluminum, duralumin, titanium, zinc, steel, etc. and alloy thereof are used concretely as the metallic foil. An iron plate 2 is placed onto a heating plate 1, and a cushioning material 3 for molding a laminated board, a holding mirror plate 4 and the laminated board 5 are constituted onto the iron plate 2 is succession. The ten - forty laminated boards 5 are organized through metallic-foil mirror plates 6 for molding the laminated board, and the holding mirror plates 4, the cushioning materials 3 for molding the laminated board and the iron plates 2 are positioned onto the laminated boards 5 and heated and pressed at fixed pressure and temperature. |
