PURPOSE:To improve an operation efficiency by obtaining a developed graphic only by inputting the three dimensional surface model of a metal sheet part to a device. CONSTITUTION:The three dimensional surface model of a graphic storage device 25 is sorted to respective graphic elements to form an auxiliary line 41 connecting the end point of the graphic element corresponding to an internal form to the end point of the graphic element corresponding to an external form. The three dimensional surface model is reconstituted from the respective graphic elements and the auxiliary line, scanned again to obtain a two dimensional graphic based on the moving locus of a three dimensional scanning element. The presence or absence of a bending part are decided from the orientation of the scanning axis of the three dimensional scanning element, the length is corrected in the bending part to apply the bending line. The presence or absence of the auxiliary line are decided, when the auxiliary line is present, the auxiliary line and the graphic element of the internal form connected to the auxiliary line are developed. After the scanning is completed, from the developed graphic, the auxiliary line is deleted.
